Macucation

This is a small business run by Chris Sheppard, who was formerly with Lapin in Evanston. I had cracked the LCD screen on my MacBook Pro and was also really busy with helping taking care of my sister who was hospitalized. Chris quoted me an extremely fair price (he even honored an old online coupon) to replace this screen. He was easy to reach, we arranged a drop off point (he is currently creating a store front for his business nearer to Arlington Heights where he lives but is very flexible) and when he was finished, he brought the machine to me. He is first rate and has the sort of attitude anyone wants to find when meeting a small-​business person. I think he knows an awful lot about Macs and is willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy.
