I can’t give Roger Stelk a high enough rating. He handled a guardianship and 2 estate issues for me while i was in another state. He was completely accessible at all times and always made me feel like my cases were high priority. He went above and beyond what was required. During difficult times your attorney needs to be someone you can trust and depend on and Roger was that and so much more. I would highly recommend Roger for all your legal needs. I also thought his price was fair and he was very very thorough when sending a bill to show me exactly what the breakdown was. Its also nice to have an attorney that speaks to you in a language you understand. My family has used Roger in the past and was extremely happy with his services as well.

On top of that, Roger has a personality that is very easy going. He is not at all stuffy and doesn’t talk down to people. He is as comfortable talking to a judge as he is to his clients.

I would not recommend Roger Stelk as his billing time is grossly overstated and at times double billed. His approach to my child custody/​removal case was very relaxed and gave the impression that there wasn’t much I could do to fight the situation.
I switched attorneys and while they charge more hourly, they bill correctly and fairly and actually are costing me less than Roger. I would not recommend him to anyone.
