I’m so disappointed but I have to downgrade my review. Upon arriving in California after they boxed up my veil, I found that the entire comb was broken off — most likely in the cleaning process. I wish they would have noticed this as I still had a day to fix the issue. I still love the service but I won’t be going again.

Jay and June are lovely people. They always recognize me, BUT the service here has declined in a big way. Increased broken buttons, coffee stains and dirty cuffs on clean shirts. It didn’t used to be this way. I had been a steady customer for over four years. Disappointed that I have to write this. I let this go on and commented for over four months before leaving them.
I like them, but I need clean clothes for my money.
