Businesses are suppose to be run as simply that; a place of business. When the owner decides to make things personal before trying to fix a graphics job that his establishment screwed up; just shows how undeveloped him and his company are. Its sad that he’d rather lose a customer and potential customers then fix the issue. All that was asked was to fix the 5day old graphic that’s already pealing not to mention off center and angled. I can deal with the angle, but already coming off? Piss poor craftsmanship. Studies prove that 1 upset customer will tell on average 20 people. And now with Facebook and sites like this, that 20 just went up to 50+ customers you will lose.
