I had written a poor review about this company because they didn’t respond quickly to fixing an error in shipment. But I just got an email saying the correction has been sent out and I should receive them by Monday. Yay! I have no problems with any company making mistakes as long as they are willing to correct them and help me meet the deadlines I have for a project! So if I receive the moulding on Monday or Tuesday, I can even rate them higher!

I ordered a lacquered black moulding online. When I received it, there were manufacturers flaws on the finish. I called and explained the problems with the wood they asked me to pack it up for a return shipment and sent me a moulding I chose from a different manufacturer. It was wrapped nicely, and shipped so quickly I was surprised. The new moulding was almost perfect. I appreciate the good customer service I received. Also, I had a client waiting for these frames and their swiftness saved me some embarrassment. Thank you Framing 4 Yourself.

Last year we wanted to use black picture frames as the support for some cool 4′ x 8′ sheets of Japanese shoji screen plastic we found to create privacy screens for our office. The staff at Framing4Yourself helped us determine the right size(because we didn’t have artwork dimensions but had a overall dimension we needed), helped us choose the best frame for our project, and gave us a good price for the volume. The order came fast. The frames went together with little plastic tabs that you insert into routered pockets — so easy! We added a little wood glue since each of our 40+ frames is 4′ x 8′. Now, about a year later, we needed more frames and went back to Framing4Yourself. Same great experience. We would not hesitate to use them again.

This company is a total FRAUD. I ordered a custom frame, mat and plexiglass in September. I received part of my order(the mat and plexiglass) but never received the actual frame. I followed up with«Jackie» at Framing 4 Yourself several times and she kept telling me the frame was on back order. I finally got so frustrated, I asked to cancel my order but Framing 4 Yourself refuses to refund me. Having the plexiglass and mat without the frame is absolutely useless. DONOT order from this company, you will be scammed.

Error on top of error — company in denial! I ordered two frame kits. One arrived. I forgave the error since I was only charged for one, so ordered a second. some weird 5′ object arrived; no idea what it is/was. Return instructions said I had to get«permission» before sending it! E-mailed company. Stock(auto0 answer from«Jackie» fails to accept responsibility for error, claims I ordered odd object. Point out I didn’t & get identical response! Point this out & get new e-mail claiming I ordered something completely different. Ever the optimist, I respond to that & get another e-mail claiming I sent a screen shot(I didn’t!). Shipped unseen, unopened object back Shipping cost more than charges for unordered object. Now I await credit. It would be nice if they sent the second 13″ x 19″ frame I originally ordered but, if «Jackie» is real & represents their notion of customer service, I’m betting against it. What a disaster. Human error or systems glitch, I don’t know. But refusing to accept responsibility and recognize good customer relations are essential, even for an on-line business, does not auger well for the outfits future. No repeat business here and I suggest you look elsewhere if you want your framing order met.
