Advanced Acupuncture Clinic

I was diagnosed with cancer and was hoping to relieve some of the side effects of chemotherapy and radiation (Hand and foot syndrome, Neuropathy, naseau). The doctor is amazingly kind, asks lots of questions, listens to you, and I’ve never felt rushed. I went to accupuncture with pretty severe naseau/​bloating from treatments and within 2 treatments I started to feel relief! My insurance covers this and so far the symptoms I have seem to be kept at bay. If you have not had accupuncture before, note you may feel some needles based on what is going on with your body and if you are sensitive in certain areas. The DR checks each placement, asking «is this ok?» Before proceeding. She will cover you (if she can based on needle placement) with a towel and offered me a headlamp since I am always cold. There is no push for supplements and I could not be more pleased with the care and results. Note-​I previously had one experience (1treatment) with another accupuncture dr but never received regular treatment. If you are intetested in pursuing I’d recommend this DR!

I’ve gone to Dr. Chen 3 times so far, and each time I leave there feeling renewed and generally amazing. Dr. Chen is very nice, and gives me lots of tips to improve my health. I highly recommend acupuncture and this is the real deal.
