I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. I have been to other Supercuts locations and have also tried Fantastic Sam’s. By far this location has some of best staff. They are all friendly and work together to assist clients as soon as possible. I usually get a haircut and eyebrow clean up and have always been happy with the results from all the different staff. Keep up the great work!

Came here to fix my messed up hair. The lady was kind enough to try and work with what I already had. I guess I am very picky when it comes to getting my haircut and I don’t trust others cutting my hair. I asked for round and one side was either too long or too short. Wasn’t that even.

Keep in mind this review is coming from someone who knows little to nothing about hair care… But… I like Supercuts! I realize it’s just a quickie franchise — get in get cut and get out, but it works for me! I’m always happy with my hair, and I’ve always enjoyed talking to the employees. My wait time has never been too long, and it’s cool and cozy inside. There’s lots of parking outside as well.

Liz is the person to see at this Super cuts. I have been going here for a few years. Reasonable price.
Update Liz is no longer there BUT I still go there … Yesenia never fails me, she always does an amazing skills with my eyebrows I’m never disappointed … She always takes time to make them look great even with ever changing bangs. I also had Michelle cut my hair and wax my eyebrows she was also great. I would highly recommend to see one of them.

The customer service was excellent but why doesn’t Supercuts have a receptionist anymore??? All Supercuts even the one in San Diego should have a receptionist to greet the customers and answer the phone.
The hairstylist had to stop cutting my hair talk to somebody at the front desk and answer the phone at the same time I’m just sitting in my chair the whole time with half of my head shaved off. Wtf…
Supercuts management needs to get a receptionist it would be nicer for everybody. Would boast a positive experience coming here if they had the extra staff.
My hair was cut okay. I wanted a little more off my sides. It wasn’t rounding like I wanted so I just told her and she did it for me no problem.

Worst haircut ever! My sons father took our 5 year old here and it was a joke how terrible she did! Like wtf? I’m pissed that he even paid her! Horrible!!!

If you go here, ask for Gloria! She is super awesome. The tee tree shampoo is so great and she takes her time and makes it a great experience!
Listens and makes sure she is doing what you asked for. I highly recommend her.

Ya gotta go see GLORIA. Best hair guru in San Fernando Valley! She will cut it YOUR way. Speaks the King’s English and hanks Espanol. The Tea Tree Shampoo tops it off and keeps you in a great space as you go on with your life.
This location is CLEAN, fully stocked with quality product, and other staff are respectful to all clients.
Do yourself and your hairs a favor!

Was in the area and in desperate need for a cut. I was leery about going in from previous reviews, but there was no need for the worry.

Her service was OUTSTANDING. Very friendly, gave me exactly the cut I asked for. Honestly this is one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received.
She should be cutting hair at a high end salon. Yep. That good.

Worst haircut in recent memory. I asked for a 1 on the sides and the back, ¾″ off the top, and Liz shaved off most of my head. The back is shaved completely off. The sides are taken up at least a ½−1″ too high. I ended up with something like a military crewcut. It’s not like you can’t tell where my fade line was before. If you know somebody has never been to the location before, wouldn’t you start with a 2 and go a little more slowly or check to make sure that you’re doing what the customer wants? She only asked at the end, but by then it was too late and I had no hair.
