Total slumlord. Properties are poorly maintained, over priced and the landlord is a lawyer who thinks he can scam every one of his tenants. Attempts to git you with duplicate fees, has in the contract that the house nust be cleaned, professionally carpet cleaned, yet will move you into a house smelling of oiss with splatter cockroach remnants all over the walls and missing ceiling fans/​blinds. I had to buy my own ceiling fan simply to cover the hole between the infested crawl space and my living room. Will ignore your calls, refuse to return calls, then acts like its your fault there was «miscommunication». I have caught him on this after attempting to call from my cell ohone several times in a row, only for the call to ring and ring to eventually be pucked yp by voicemail, yet calling from an unknown number only seconds later and it barely got 2 rings off before he was «cheerfully» answering… Clark county courts won’t even take his lawsuits any more due to so many frivolous attempts to rip off prior renters.
***RENTERS BEWARE***
There are better properties and people with true integrity willing to rent. Some to keep in mind that aren’t well advertised
