A friend of mine asked how to season a fry pan before she bought it and followed the sales person’s instructions perfectly. After the pan rusted she tried to return it and was told she had not followed the«real directions» and would not get a refund. Never buy anything that requires assembly or seasoning from this store. Apparently the customer is «always wrong.»

Love this place! They have lots and lots of basic kitchen tools, but they also have some extravagant things, and some silly things. Truly anything you could need you would probably be able to find here. The prices are pretty reasonable, so you may end up with more than you came in for. I got a couple of gifts here for my mother-in-law, and the woman who checked us out was super friendly and did a nice job of wrapping everything. I can’t wait for her to open her gifts!

Very cute, kitchen specialty stuff. I went in looking for anything cat themed which is very random but managed to find that exactly– cute cat mugs and cat cooking mitts. =^_^=

This is a perfect site for the kitchen geek. Came over here after geeking out at the Apple Store and wow! I had another geek attack, but this one was in the kitchen variety. The place is a much smaller, middle-class version of a Williams-Sonoma with half the space. Still, the shelves are absolutely full with kitchen gadgets, kitchen knives, cleaning supplies, specialty salts, as well as a limited supply of kitchen ingredients. A salient feature of this store, is the ability to purchase non-Chinese products, for those that are avoiding Chinese products due to the questionable ingredients used in their manufacture, such as BPAs. The store staff could not be friendlier, and they are quite knowledgeable as far as what they sell. Overall, a wonderful shopping experience.
