I found Chadwick & McKinney Funeral Home online, and after one funeral home quoted me what I eventually found out to be outlandish prices, Rodger McKinney was friendly, helpful, showed me where I could save money, showed me what I did and did not need to do, and offered me some discounts. He saved me money, and was very considerate and honest at a time I needed it. Everyone in the area should consider this funeral home for what is never an easy task, but you can trust Chadwick & McKinney will have your best interests in mind.

Probably one of the least desirable things we must do is to arrange for funeral services. It’s not fun, and on top of that you’re rife with anxiety over stories of giant rip-​offs, unethical dealings, and creepy morticians.
What an incredibly nice breath of fresh air Chadwick & McKinney provided. We contacted them prior to our mother’s passing, along with three other local funeral homes. They were the only ones who responded, did so quickly, and were very helpful in that they had a pre-​planning guide we could complete online at our leisure. This helped us think through questions in our own time without anyone hovering or persuading.
When the time came for their services to be used, they were fantastic throughout this most difficult process. Polite, yet humorous as we are, patient and exceedingly attentive to detail. They did a remarkable job preparing her for services, she looked very good, her best self, actually, despite the ravages of a long illness. Flowers were arranged around her thoughtfully with an eye for symmetry and color balance, not just placed around her randomly. Things like that, these tiny details, they make a difference.
Rodger McKinney and his team made the process of marking her loss nearly effortless, and we felt very cared for along the way. Nobody WANTS to use funeral home services, however when you do need them, I would highly recommend them. Pre-​plan if you can, it really does make your life easier too.
