Perfect 10 Nail & Spa

I usually go to this nail salon as «my nail place». However after my last visit I am not sure I will be back. The «owner» or whatever she is was extremely rude. I had my pedicure (which I love there) and then my manicure. Before the polish the guy asked me if I wanted to pay. I said okay and handed him my card. Before paying I said «I want to put the tip on my card» he says «one minute» and returns with the owner. She says to me «listen to me, this is the last time you put the tip on the card you hear me, no more there’s a sign that say it right there» I said I was sorry that I didn’t have cash on me for a tip and she replied «look at me I’m talking to you no more this is he only time I’m doing it». I’ve never felt so disrespected by a store owner in my life. She’s just bad for business and has a rotten and rude attitude.
Prior to this rude visit I was there only a week ago where I got acrylic tips which all either cracked or fell off. And the guy did my pedicure and didn’t give me the full pedicure either! I gave them a second chance but I don’t think I’ll be back after this visit.
They actually lost another customer while I was there because the owner didn’t honor the lady’s appointment! She’s straight up rude and talks over customers. I even heard her bashing a customer to another customer while I was there. BAD BUSINESS IF YOU ASK ME!

Beautiful décor. Pedicure is okay. Do Not Waste your money on a GEL MANICURE it will peel within days after you have it done and when you go back to show the owner they are rude and expect you to pay for a new manicure. They will fix one or two nails but if you want them all fixed you need to re pay for a new manicure. What a joke. This happened to myself two days later all the gel started lifting and the tip of nails were rough and not even smooth and my friends peeled and lifted three days after her initial gel manicure. Don’t waste your time or money.

Best nail salon salon ever, beautiful décor and their pedicure is very sanitized coz they use the one time use liner, pedicure eas awesome. the girl really spend her time n my pedicure was about an hour long. had a very satisfied visit n I’ll definitely come again!

Love this place. nice and clean. n the girls was really nice. their pedicure is the best. one time used liner and the massage was awesome. also they have hundreds of color gel to choose from. had a great experience here n definitely gonna come again…

Beware! I decided to try this place since it’s under new ownership. The renovation was done beautifully, it really looks great. All new pedi chairs, new salon layout, and dryers (finally). My pedicure was alright but nothing close to how it was when it was Sarah’s. The prices of pedicures have gone up with a regular pedicure being $ 23, a stone or gel pedicure is $ 29, and any spa pedicures (green tea, lavender, etc) is $ 47!
I also asked for an acrylic fill in and the nail tech told me «powder is better» and proceeded to do something different to my nail. I gave her the benefit of the doubt since this is what she does for a living. At the end, my nails did not look filled in at all. I still saw where my nail had grown out. When I told the nail tech this she said ok and filed them more in an attempt to blend the grown out nail with my real nail (terrible). Then she started painting my nails and was leaving the sides unpainted, I had to ask her to paint my whole nail.
Finally, I was seated by the dryers and spoke with 2 other patrons. One man said his pedicure was only 25 minutes and was disappointed. Another woman said she was told the pedicure was 45 mins and hers was only 23. As we’re sitting at the dryers, all the nail techs and pedicure girls are standing by the door with their jackets on staring at us impatiently. It was 7:35 and the salon closes at 8. I’ll probably never go back.
