Windy is amazing! I would highly recommend her for waxing and facial services. I have been a client of Windy’s for six years, maybe longer, honestly can’t remember… she has always bent over backwards to squeeze me in. The only downfall is my poor planning — she books up fast! I have made a point to make my appointments in advance to ensure I get in. If you are looking for someone who has the touch and does a fantastic job — book an appointment. You will not regret it.

Windy is so incredibly amazing. She takes care with me as a client, considering my needs and making recommendations as she sees fit. For example, I’ve gone in to get my lashes done and she recommends an eyebrow waxing. Now, this is not an up sell. Let me tell you, these little caterpillars needed some serious help! And when I said I always break out from waxing, Windy took extra care to reduce my reaction to the wax. My lashes are some of the best I’ve seen and Windy is meticulous in her execution.
Most recently, I booked a facial on a friend’s recommendation. This is THE MOST AMAZING FACIAL! Windy provided special care to my face with a custom treatment tailored to my skin type and a massage of my feet, neck and shoulders and even my arms and hands! After my facial, Windy provided some recommended some skin care products for my skin type, explained a modified application process and even double checked if the product was safe for pregnancy (since I’m pregnant of course).
Additionally, Windy is SUPER responsive! It’s hard to get an appointment last minute, but I know why (because she is so amazing) so I always keep my original appointment and booking advance.
Personal Touch is located in the lovely Pavillions in Sacramento. If I could change anything, I would clone Windy so there were more people out there to experience her amazing services!

Windy is excellent and I would highly recommend her for a relaxing facial. She also does waxing for my eyebrows and does an amazing job. Her space is very clean and relaxing and in a convenient location. Stop on by and treat yourself!

one of the best facials I have ever had! i was givenwendi’s info from my hairdresser and have seen her 3 times now and i look forward to seeing her again. She takes her time and makes you feel completely relaxed. I even dozed off during my treatment. she gives you a great deal if you book your follow up appt. Definitely give her a try. you won’t regret it!

Windy is the best esthetician I have ever been to. She takes her time and personalizes each treatment to my skincare needs. Her facials are very relaxing and I have to try hard not to fall asleep! :)

Windy is the best! I have been going to her for facials every 6 weeks and am in love with how she has changed my skin! She uses Image products, which I love. Windy is always concerned with how my skin is doing and works hard to make sure my skin is perfect! I leave feeling relaxed and polished. I don’t think I could live without my every 6 week visits.
