David is awesome! Not only did he come out and give me a bid very quickly, but he worked with me on the price so that I could get the project done. Even though it was a relatively small project (basically tiling a corner shower stall), he treated it very importantly. He did a beautiful job, made some great suggestions for tiling, and was done within the timeframe he said (if not earlier).
I also appreciated that David treated me like an equal — I asked tons of questions and he was not condescending whatsoever. He spent 1.5 hours with me just giving me a bid! I can tell when someone is dismissing me, and David certainly did not.
I will use David for future projects, and highly recommend him.

We’ve been dealing with Home Depot and Lowes with our home improvement projects, and just got tired of the run around and awful workmanship. Got on Unilocal and found Dave, and couldn’t be happier with the work he did for us. He put in new flooring in our hall and bath, and it came out beautiful ! Can’t wait to have him back to do our other bath.

David was very professional from his estimate to completing the job I needed. He was able to repair some siding work and install flashing to prevent water intrusion from rain into the walls. After years of unsuccessful other contractors work, David was able to see where the issue was. He addressed the issues needed to be fixed and was quick to email me my estimate. I had him complete the work shortly after and am very satisfied with his knowledge and attention to detail on the work he completed. I would hire him again for certain.

David has done multiple projects for my house, some smaller and some much more complicated and both my wife and I were beyond satisfied with all of the work he has done.
He is a licensed general contractor and has fixed plumbing issues, installed indoor and outdoor gas lines, along with a new stove top and he took down an old chandelier and put up a new Restoration Hardware light in it’s place.
He is experienced, knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I plan on using him for all of my future remodel projects and construction needs.
