I love the ceramics, and loose tea section. There’s a Bird Pick café too! And a lot of root bins…

I’ve been in MANY Asian stores in my life, but none has made me wish I knew how to read and speak Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Thai until I stepped into this particular store. Perhaps it’s the fact that this store’s floor is so clean and open. Maybe it’s also because it’s displays of herbs, tinctures, lotions, and potions are placed strategically where it piques your curiosity(well, it did that with me). For alcohol lovers, they have the best selection of aged whiskey, wine, champagne, etc. I’ve seen like, ever! I even saw a tasting room. For those who are into teas, there’s also a tea bar across the alcohol section. That section also features more affordable items of dishes and crackers. To me, this place is just fun to look at. I may buy some things here for pain relief and teas. I may even build the courage to ask a worker what some of these things mean or do. I hope they’ll be nice and truthful to me!

This is a nicer version of Wing Hop Fung I came here during their grand opening. There was sea of people here thinking they will find deals or prizes. Neither of those are true, but they did have a lot of free samples with wine too which is cool. They make a nice tactic make everyone to go all the department in order to earn a raffle entry which is not worth it in my opinion. Since they only raffle little in every hour. Price it seem to be higher than the Monterey Park location, the location is no doubt nicer and is a prime location with many foot traffic.

impressively spacious! wide aisles. clear labels in english and chinese. expansive selection when i say expansive i mean they thoughtfully cater to your needs whether it’s herbal remedies. traditional teas. various appliances & ceramics. limited edition liquors(yes they carry cannes’ remy martin). fine wines(including cakebread & mondavi) in addition to the products they also have bird pick tea located within and a section for wine tasting that i would surmise can be used for private functions as well in terms of service, one of the ladies was friendly about offering the teas, but not pushy… i appreciated that she let me browse at my own pace without literally comparing the price points of this WHF vs. the others… i have to say the convenience of having all the aforementioned goods in one location without the headache of navigating through its predecessors or competition may be worth it… you be the judge!

I came here at the grand opening where everything was grand and nice! Everyone was a «vip» and offered a small discount at checkout… But checkout was long… With inexperienced cashiers… and the cashiers also lacked good customer service. If you’re going to make it so grand and hype it up, you’ve got to prepare your workers to be up to par! Good quality items so i had to buy some xmas gifts.

Went to the store this past weekend and it was just beautiful! They had a wide selection of tea and wines. I end up getting tea for my parents. The lady at the tea station, annie was so nice and informative. She gave me advice what tea to get base on what my parents like.

This place is awesome! The store itself is beautiful, huge and brand new! I worked with the team at WHF for their grand opening and I know how much time, energy, sweat and passion were put into opening this location and it shows! They have an amazing wine bar and private tasting room, an awesome selection of wine and spirits. They also have just about every tea and household product you think of. If you have never been to their other locations(I had not) I suggest coming here! They are in a great location on the promenade, just next to Nordstrom and Talbots. Parking is easy and convenient. Thirsty? Aside from their huge wine bar, they also have Bird Pick. A tea shop that makes delicious iced teas, boba teas, milk teas, etc. Their staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and placed all over the store if you have any questions. This is definitely a one stop shop!

From Chinatown to MPK and now Arcadia, Wing Hop Fung is known for being a one-stop shop from fancy tea leaves, herbs, and ginseng to Chinese porcelain tableware to everything in between. Often overlooked is their collection of expensive fine wine. This newest Wing Hop Fung location on the second floor Promenade of the Westfield Santa Anita mall is more spacious than the other stores, and I’ve lowkey been anticipating its opening so I don’t have to deal with the horrendous 99 Ranch Market parking lot outside the Monterey Park shop at Garvey and Atlantic. Minus points for trying too hard to be exclusive and making the grand opening a ticketed event, even though I got in. I do suspect the prices here are slightly higher than the other stores’, but it’s not surprising since it’s Arcadia after all and in a mall that’s luring wealthy Chinese travelers.

I realize the Chinese population is into health and beauty when a humongous herb store opens in a mall. This weekend, everything is on sale for hundreds less than normal, which is not a lot when herbs cost thousands of dolllars. A really nice Chinese herb store for this area predominately made up of Chinese immigrants. Good luck and may this store prosper!
