Orchid Spa

I have gone into this place before with a friend so, I thought why the hell not it was on my way home and my eyebrows currently had no shape to speak of. I walk in the both girls in the front were on their phones. One does not acknowledge me and the other after a minute looks at the other girl and then at me and says «hi can I help you ?» So I tell them that I need my eye brows waxed and after a moment of debating between the two of them one says ya ya I know how to do that. I should have stopped right there. But, no I go into a unkept room stand there ackwardly until she tidys up and then I lay down. She leaves me in there for 5 minutes. She Come back, seems to remember something else leaves again. Comes back sits down to begin. She finally applys wax which was not hot enough and hurt when it pulled at my skin. Then she tried to pull off the strip but she pulled really slow so nothing came off. Then after trying to do the other eye (only underneath) she then takes the tweezers and attempts to take out the hairs manually. She pulls super slow which you know breaks the hair. and she does not pluck any hair from the middle, top or sides. I get up to look at them. and they looked the same. She got a few stragglers but other than that they looked the same no shape and still bushy. I told her that I was not happy. She said that she would fix them but at this point I figured out that this was not her job at the shop. So, I told her no no no and I paid and left. I am fairly confident that possibly the normal girl would have done ok. But, this girl had no freakin’ clue what the hell she was doing. I should have stopped her gotten up and walked out. I will never ever go her again for anything. Not even if it was the normal girl.

it was bad. really bad service. The boss Helen yelled to empolyee in front of the customer for no reason also she is a big liar. she don’t let me use the 10% coupon that she put it outside the door. and also one of the empolyee said she had a lot of boyfriend. but, how can ??? she look ugly and she look like a man. OMG
