MobileWorkz

We had MobileWorkz install our camera system in our home.
They did a quote with and without cameras. I had already purchased cameras so they kindly installed them, a lesser quality I would find out soon enough.
They gave us the quote with the cameras in case we need a larger system. No pressure to do so.
We found out quickly that the Best Buy Swann system we purchased was just horrible with NO support from Swann. MobileWorkz explained the tech support may be limited at best if we had installation issues. We had issues and the phone support was sad.
Fast forward… I had them remove the Swann system, went with their suggestion and it has been great. NO issues and follow up questions and support are second to none from Mobileworkz.
Their installation was fantastic and attention to details and professionalism was great.
I can’t imagine having anyone else next time we have a project.
Their were a couple of addons which we had to do — but price was VERY fare and the explanation to everything was over and above.
I just wish I had installed one more camera. But with what they had to do to our place, I wouldn’t want them to go through it again. My mistake.
