Kumon Math and Reading Center of Arcadia – North

My daughter started Kumon this aug. She seems to like it. We are doing the math and reading. I will comment more as more time pass. So far so good. The Ho family that runs the business is very nice!

My three children are enrolled at the North Arcadia location. I am very pleased with the direction taken by the owners, Joe and Mary Ho. They placed my kids in Kumon math appropriate for their skill level (initially determined by placement tests) and have subsequently done a great job of assessing each child’s knowledge in his/​her assigned program. My children are provided with a good balance of challenge and support as they progress through the math levels. Joe and Mary are approachable and accommodating and are eager to answer questions about my children’s learning and development. I appreciate their accessibility, allowing me to ask questions without scheduling a conference in advance. This North Arcadia Kumon center will soon relocate to a convenient location at Second Ave and E. Foothill Blvd, in the same shopping plaza as Bank of America and McDonalds.
