A very clean and well run place to get your custom orthotics or other ortho related custom gear. They tend to be busy, so don’t expect same same appointments. They handle insurance billing and make the process easy. High quality in their materials and work product.

Made an appointment a week ago. Talked to a receptionist to figure out their availability and called back to schedule and confirm after discussing it with my family.
Arrived early for my appointment and they didn’t have us scheduled or listed. Wasted a hour of our time waiting to be seen. If you can’t do the simple things right, how can you do anything else?
Make sure you get a confirmation number and call ahead to double check your place.
The offices are clean and Eric was very helpful.
If you don’t think this will happen to you. I didn’t either.

Will definitely refer Human Designs to other friends who may need their service. From start to finish, the experience was very professional, friendly and caring. They took care of the verification of insurance and the billing and did not have to bother me with it. Chris DeLeon was extremely caring and gentle when fitting my father with a KAFO. Upon receiving the brace, Chris was very patient and took extra time and effort to make sure that it was comfortable and was working properly for my father. My father had the biggest smile on his face when he wore the brace for the first time, as it helped him walk much better than the original one. Very pleasant experience!!!

I was nervous coming here for the first time but the employees made me feel at ease. I had an appointment and arrived early — I was seen within 5 minutes. They explained the process very thoroughly and fitted me quickly too. I had my orthotic within a week. They contacted me quickly and also took care of all the billing with my insurance company. Overall their service was friendly, thorough, and fast.
