My Mom had been waiting for today to buy their product coz they had a special promotion w/purchase plus free gifts and riffle ticket drawings. I should have Unilocal this before letting her go buy. What a «dishonest» store/company. Their promotion was buy 3 get 3 free + 3 more free, which means buy 3 get 6 free. But each free bottle cost additional $ 1. Therefore, NOTFREE. False advertisement and misleading. To top it off, all the so called«free gifts». Need to pay additional $ 1 to claim them.

If you want to be harassed by their sales people for life then be my guest to purchase from them. I bought once but didn’t see any benefit. Their products are extremely expansive and now I know why. Their sales people will call you every other day to try to push more products on you even if you told them to put you on do-not-call list. This shows that the profit margin is extremely high. If the products are really that good, you think there’s a need for such aggressive sales tactics?

Like the other viewer, I wouldn’t trust them either. I heard them in Chinese Radio, broadcasting how good they really are and how other«users» who had used their products and got«good results». So I went to check their website, and all they tell you in the site is how good they are, and how expensive they are. I couldn’t find any place that with supplement facts. Usually when you buy supplements they are suppose to tell you what is in that capsules. They won’t even disclose those information. I attempted to call them up and asked about it, the sale rep tried to get me to buy their products instead of talking about what are the ingredients in their capsules. I asked them how come you don’t disclosed those information to your customers. I want to know what is in there first before I decide to buy anything. They still didn’t confront with my questions. If I were you, I would stay away from them.

If I could give this company negative stars I would. BEWARE! They advertise on the Chinese radio stations and my parents ordered their diet medicine. My parents asked if the diet medicine was capsules and the salesmen said yes. I asked the salesman what the refund policy was and she skirted the issue and stated that I would see results the first day. I asked her again what the refund policy was(I don’t trust mail order companies) and she again skirted the issue and said that I wouldn’t want to refund the diet medicine. I again asked her what the refund policy was and she said that we would get a refund on any unused portion. We bought the diet medicine. When we received it it turned out it was diet tea. We called and asked if they sent the wrong item. They stated that it was the right one. We told them that we specifically asked if it was in capsule form and they had said yes. The saleslady told us to try it and we would be pleased. When we stated that we did not want the tea she turned surly and stated there was a thirty percent restocking fee! When we said we would go through with the refund anyway she stated that we were wasting our money. I feel this company takes advantage of its customers. They lie to get the sale and then when the customer states that they don’t want the incorrect item they charge a whopping 30 percent restocking fee to make money. Shame on you!
