I was a patient from 2001 – 2003. My Damon brackets were removed because Dr Hom said «eh they won’t get any straighter» fast forward 1 year and I end up having severe dizziness to the point where I had to be medicated. It wasn’t until 2011 that I was diagnosed with TMJ because of improper manipulation of the jaw bone from my previous orthodontic care. Oh, bear in mind I wore my retainer regularly. Now, as a newly graduated student, I have to foot the bill of over $ 5000 to rectify what Dr Hom did. It’s too late to file a formal complaint but I still wanted this to be known. I would have given him zero stars if possible.

My son just got his braces taken off. Great results. It might be good if they would confirm appointments the day before, because they are made so far in advance.

Staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Always have raffles and contests going on making it a fun experience to make a monthly appointment. If kids are coming from somewhere and didn’t have a chance to brush they have a huge sink with disposable toothbrushes, so helpful. They gave me a great smile!
