With ample tea houses in the Arcadia area, we ended up at Coco due to sheer laziness. I had to stop at the mall to make a return and Coco conveniently resides inside the mall. Their menu isn’t terribly expansive, but it gets the job done. I got a jasmine milk tea and S got a matcha tea latte with red bean. My drink was okay at best but his matcha tea latte was overpowered by the sweetness of the red bean and he was unable to really taste the matcha at all. This was one lazy option I can’t get behind and will not be making another visit to CoCo.

I’m in love! With the co-co! I got it right! For the low low!($ 3.50 for a large, ¾ sugar!) (But FYI that song is not about milk tea. Should be though.)

Their sago with milk tea is simple but good! The tea is pretty good and I would def recommend getting a drink here. I usually ask for less sugar so it makes the tea flavor stand out more. I also remeber seeing this brand in Taiwan and was pleasantly surprised when it opened in Arcadia a few years ago!

Came here around 11am today and a girl with short hair was the only one working. Before ordering I asked a simple question about one of the drinks on the menu and she answered it in a unnecessarily rude way. While she was making my order I could see her shaking her head. What the hell is your problem?! If you’re going to treat you’re customers like that then you shouldn’t even be working at all. This was by far the worst customer experience I have ever experienced.

Love stopping by here while getting my shop on! It’s especially convenient to sneak into the movies since it’s sealed. I’ve only gotten the jasmine milk tea here bc I’m boring. But it always does the job! It is milkier than most places. It’s just not always consistent, but still delicious most of the time and convenient while in the mall.

I always pass by this place when I’m at the mall, but have always been reluctant to try it. Tea places are usually a miss for me so I stick to my regulars. I was craving a mango tea so I decided to give it a try! I ordered a mango green tea with coconut jelly and it was surprisingly very good! Not too strong/sweet and the coconut jelly added a nice contrasting flavor. There were two young men at the register who were very attentive. My drink was made within seconds(of course there were no other customers) and I was on my merry way. I will definitely be going back.

This place actually has fairly decent milk tea! I tried their 3 buddies and it was pretty good! They filled 60% of the cup with boba, pudding, and grass jelly. You can tell that this isn’t made with really cheap products from the taste, even though milk tea doesn’t cost much to make anyways. For those of you who are boba lovers, definitely give 3 buddies a shot!

Hands down the best milk tea I’ve ever had in my life. Their Jasmine Milk Tea Sago is my favorite drink and I order it almost everyday. The large is very much worth it for the price; they nearly fill half the cup with Sago. I love it! And the service is superb. They’re always friendly! They also have their own little private seating. My best friend and I sat at there comfortably after I ordered us some drinks after the mall officially closed on Sunday. It was very nice and relaxing. We also made sure to clean up after ourselves. It seems like a good chunk of their customers are absolutely rude slobs because every time we go here, something always gets left behind on their tables which is 100% the disgusting customer’s fault. Worth noting that they accept credit cards with a minimum $ 5 purchase, I believe. Debit cards have no minimum. All in all, it’s delicious and worth every penny!

I’ve been purchasing boba for many years, so I’ve been to a lot of good and bad places. This place was decent. I ordered a small taro slush with boba because it looked really yummy. I paid $ 4.13 which is the most I’ve ever payed for a small taro slush boba. So I expected it to taste extra yummy. When I got it soon after I payed, I was kind of disappointed. It wasn’t the best tasting taro slush, it didn’t have enough flavor and tasted mostly like ice. The boba itself was prepared well. I regretted coming here and blowing $ 4.13 on what I had and wished I went some where else. Pros: despite a lot of people, the drinks were made very quickly. The boba itself is well made. Cons: feels a bit pricey for what it is. Quality of the drink isn’t extraordinary. It was not the worst, but I don’t see myself coming back ever.

Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Ordered the house milk tea and a mixed fruit tea for my friend. Delicious. The cashier was nice and described the drinks in detail for me so I was sure I knew what I was ordering. Thanks! «I’m in love with the CoCo.» Lol

I ordered a Grapefruit Green Tea with no sugar. The cashier that took my order was a trainee. She was a bit flustered since the supervisor at the moment was a horrible JERK! She took my order perfectly, I was informed that they ran out of seals and if I wanted my drink it with be without a cover. That was fine with me. The parts that was upsetting was how rude the supervisor was to the trainee! He would yell and belittle her in front of the customers and the way he made you drinks he would hold it so close to his face and the container he uses to stir my drink was uncovered so I had to watch to hope he doesn’t spit as he yelled at her. The was he arrived to work was questionable as well. His face was fuzzy with and dirty shirt, untucked bad personal hygiene! Now about my Grapefruit Green Tea with no sugar. So it basically tasted like Grapefruit Water. There wasn’t and ounce of Green Tea flavor in my drink! The only reason they get a 2 star instead of 1 is because how sweet the cashier was even though she has to put up with a terrible supervisor.

Love their drinks, I always order milk tea with pudding but they should seriously give more pudding, and they run out of toppings a lot:(

With age, this CoCo location gets better every time! When they first opened, I had tried their passion fruit tea with coconut jelly and boba and was disappointed as it did not meet up to the Taiwan locations I’ve been to in the past. But as time went on, this location has improved drastically and have delivered consistent quality drinks in the past year. Drinks: Grapefruit green tea & yogurt green tea half sugar with boba – Delicious and refreshing Service: The employees here are very nice and are quick on their feet. Never had to wait more than 10 mins to get my drink, even if there’s a line. I like how they ask if I have a stamp card(because I’m the queen of stamp cards). Location: it’s right by the F21, Gold’s Gym door entrance. I like how there’s a mini seating area so you can rest your feet when you’re waiting for your drinks to be done. The tables are cleaned by the employees often. I’m glad I stuck it through with this CoCo’s(:

I found out about this franchise when I went to the 626 Night Market last year. :) The milk tea is really good but the tapioca pearls are too small. But for the price, it isn’t bad at all!

This is a 10x better alternative to the Lollicups they have literally 20 feet away in the food court. They have a much fresher tasting tea. I compared both & came to this conclusion that I am a true lover of CoCo Fresh. their jasmine green milk tea is refreshing & never bitter. I love that they are the only place I have come across that offers Coconut jelly. I prefer this jelly over any boba any day. they also carry sago which i do like from time to time which is like a little mini boba. They are kind, fast & efficient. Oh & they offer stamp cards don’t forget to ask for one!

If you love Passion fruit Green Tea… Order the Tropical Special! #96 Tropical Special: passion fruit green tea + pearls + lychee jelly(L-$ 4.82). You can customize your drink to your liking. You can choose how much sugar and even ice! I prefer my drink ½ sugar. It was interesting to see the staff wearing face mask =) I heard this is a popular chain in Asia, some even say it’s the biggest. The last time I was there I noticed a container with toothbrushes and toothpastes… Um, why?
