I came to this location because I was drawn by the name «arcadia spinal center» the practice makes it sounds like they focus on spine injuries and claim to be the best. I really never met Dr Clarizio. He has someone else do the work. The first two visits it I felt like a patient. after that, they would just rush me in, adjust me, put me on the roller and 0ut before 38 minutes. The chiropractor in charge really never discussed much in regards to my injury he was always in a hurry to get me done so he could go do another client. Also, a few times while sitting on the roller machine I overheard the receptionist chyna gossip about patients and the doctors to John another employee there How unprofessional of her. The patient is just 10 feet away. Not to mention one of the receptionist mentioned to me if I was unsatisfied with my chiropractor It was normal other clients were unsatisfied with him as well. Wow! This whole time I just wanted to heal and get better. There quick to ask you for you Co-​payment. Wish they were as attentive with their clients.

Wonderful practice! Appointments or walk-​ins work well for me here! I’ve been coming here for about 5 years now and love it! Dr. Clarizio and staff are professional, caring, and their practice is as good as it gets! A+.

Dr. Clarizio was my second attempt at getting my lower back fixed. At first i was very pessimistic about the whole situation. I didn’t believe i was actually going to get better. Clarizio and his staff are really caring and have a strong endeavor to get you better. Left my last appointment feeling irritated because i was not a 100%. After my treatment was over my back flared up for about 1 – 2 weeks. After the two weeks i feel like i was never in a car accident before. The post pain period for after treatment is just a withdrawal from the treatment.

I know Dr Clarizio and his staff for years and can’t say anything but positive about them. All their staff are extremely professional and organized, very easy to work with and i’m proud to be doing business with them for all these years and will highly recommend them.

I have been going to Arcadia Spine Center for about 7 years. Dr. Clarizio really knows how to get to the root of your pain/​problems. They have many different therapy options which help ie. electrical stimulation and heat, a water bed, a roller bed, traction, massage (For a fee), and finally an adjustment with the «Doc» He really helps work out the kinks!
I also have seen Dr. Shi for acupuncture. He is awesome too… helped me with my Plantar Faschiitis and lower back pain. I have referred many friends to the center. China, the Office Manager, runs a tight ship and will always do her best to fit you in when you are in dire need of help from a spasm or pinched nerve. My insurance does not cover my care but Dr. Clarizio will work with you and offers a cash package that helps.
Overall the staff are very friendly and helpful and you leave feeling better than when you arrived!

Thank you Doctor and also very friendly staff, my neck is feeling so much better now, overall experience is definitely over five stars:-) great team work!

Had therapy muscle work and adjustment.
Pain went from 8.5 to about 3 in a short amount of time. Really.

Dr. Clarizio is very good and his staff is friendly and courteous. Prices can be somewhat pricey if you do not have insurance coverage.

Excellent Customer Services! The young doctor did a miracle on adjusting my lower back. Thought I would never get this painful back spasm and I’m in my early 30’s. Thanks to searching for their great deal or I would have spent a fortune!

This review is strictly for their massage. I did not receive any chiropractic treatment here. Maybe I went on an off day, Saturday. The front office did not know where or what paper work I had to fill out. I had to ask them for ppwk. I had a Unilocal deal they didn’t know how to redeem so they wrote down everything from the voucher. To top it off, my massage was not a full hour, it was 50 minutes. I know this because I sent a text to someone right before the massage started so I knew my start time and looked at the end time. It was before the hour was up. The quality of the massage itself was fine with the exception that the therapist while giving my massage started rattling off the hours and days she worked so I could come back and see her. I’ve never had anyone do that during the massage itself.

This is the first and only chiropractor I’ve been to. I hurt my back last week on Friday and they were able to fit me into their Saturday schedule. That was my criteria for choosing a chiropractor — Are you open Saturday and will you take me? Friday night I could barely stand and to do so caused agonizing pain. Fast forward a couple visits later, and I’m mostly able-​bodied again. A good part of the credit has to go to Dr. Clarizio, Dr. Zee, and the staff at Arcadia Spine Center. It wasn’t scary at all… and you know you’ve heard some chiropractic horror stories. They were competent, efficient, and straight to the point. Each time I’ve been to the office, the other patients all seem to be repeat visitors and very happy with the service, too. Thank you, Arcadia Spine Center, for your help! I’ll be back!

Dr. Clarizio is also my son’s tackle football coach! He was great with my 9 year old son who had some neck issues from an ATV accident that broke his leg. He had a previous experience with a different chiropractor and was too afraid to go for another adjustment so Dr. Clarizio used a different method and my son had a very positive experience and is looking forward to his next appointment.

I love coming here for my treatments. My pain is getting better everyday. Dr. Herry is an Amazing Chiropractor. I have had multiply appointments and he has been nothing but professional and helping in healing my neck and back.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Clarizio and his team for a herniated disc and migraines for about 8 yrs now and have always been completely satisfied with the care I receive. He listens, he cares, and he’s not too bad too look at either :-)

Doctor Clarizio had been refered to me by family friends. Personally I found the care and treatment very helpful. I also visited for allergy treatment which I found effect. I would recomend this place for all ages not for just treatment but for prevention to live a health lifestyle.
