This Picture Framing Co. is absolutely the WORST place to get work done. We took two items in the store in early October. Placing many calls to John Coumans asking if it was done and ready. I got one excuse after another. If it was so difficult to do then he should have let me know. Or at least tried to finish the job. and not avoid the topic. A third grader could have done this work. It was never done. And I was also ripped off 17.00 from a frame I purchased from his store. When I sent our messenger to pick up the stuff he said I never paid for the frame. I would recommend The Frame Store on Lake it’s very organized and the lovely Mikki works there and Wesley and they finished our project in 4 days and it was excellent work.!!
CALIFORNIA PICTURE FRAMING WILL NEVER GET OUR BUSINESS AGAIN.
