I decided to sell my old iPhone on Craigslist since it had been laying around. It had a cracked screen, but was in otherwise excellent working condition. I received a phone call from Chicki that he was interested in the phone. He asked to meet half way, and while I was hesitant I went ahead anyways because he legitimately wanted the phone. When I arrived I called to let him know I was there. A woman picked up the phone from Arcadia Wireless (which I thought was odd…) and I explained myself. Then she asked me to hold on and I heard her talking to Chicki in the background. I think they argued for a second and then she hung up on me. I thought maybe it was a mistake so I called back. No answer. I called several more times. Still no answer. I waited half an hour and no call or anything. I called it a night. Later, Chicki left a voicemail saying he had «lost» my phone number and was still interested in the phone. Again, I was hesitant but let him know he could stop by and pick it up if interested. He finally called the next day saying he could stop by. He arrived and inspected the phone, then tried to say I had offered a lower price than what I actually said over the phone. He continued to try to low-​ball me. I gave a price $ 5 above what he wanted — FIVE DOLLARS. He decided not the buy the phone. If how he interacted with me is any indication of his business practices, I would NEVER trust or utilize his services. BEWARE.

Great customer service. I went in relatively unprepared, Chicki was very patient as I got the info I needed/​probably should have had ready lol.
Switched to MetroPCS, got a new Samsung Galaxy Core Prime. Everything was very easy, highly recommend.

Service was great and really helpful. They answered all questions and were able fix my phone that I had taken somewhere else and was told if couldn’t be fixed and had to buy a new one. They fix computers too so I’m going to be taking mine in soon. I’m sure they will be able to get it operating smoothly again just like they did my phone.

Great Service!!! Chicki fixed my computer that had virus and my broken iPhone. They gave me a great deal and I’m happy. Haven’t had any problems with my laptop. Will definitely go back.
