Stopped in last week to buy some bagels for work. This was after the record blizzard, so only bought a dozen knowing half the staff would be out. Not one bagel went unadopted by a hungry tummy. Management and physicians kept inquiring where these homemade delicious bagels came from. Of course telling them Village Junction Bakery. Super big hit at KP surgery center!

Update: we got our wedding cake here and it was amazing! Donna was easy to work with. She delivered the cake herself to the wedding venue and added the finishing touches. We got so many compliments on it! Definitely consider getting your wedding cake here.

First, I came here with difficulty trying to park. So I just settled for parallel parking in the nearby neighborhood in front of someone’s house since I was just going to be making a quick stop. I walked in excited to try out some cool looking delicious doughnuts. I was sad to see only regular Dunkin Donuts looking doughnuts left, so I settled for a cheese Danish. Maybe it’s because I came around 2? Maybe you should only go in the morning? The Danish was ok, I could get the same thing boxed from the grocery store. I also got iced coffee(I LOVE iced coffee), I didn’t love this though. TBH I didn’t even finish the Danish or the coffee. I sat there for 30 minutes chatting with my boyfriend taking small bites, then we threw it out and left. The interior is very cute and the cashier was pleasant especially since I took a long time trying to decide on a pastry since I didn’t want a regular ol’ doughnut. I’ll try coming some early morning and maybe it’ll be better?

Coffee’s good and the baked goods are made on-site. If you’re in the area, you better make it here.

Stopped in here to try a donut. Got the chocolate dipped donut with peanut sprinkles and it was amazing! The donut was soft and fluffy, not too hard or too chewy. Just the right amount of icing so that it wasn’t too sweet, and I love that they don’t double glaze their donuts like a certain chain brand does. I bought a Pumpkin Pecan bread to take home and I’m super excited to try that!

Great little bakery café located in the heart of Arbutus. I’ve been keeping an eye on this place after seeing so many great reviews. My daughter and I stopped by this morning for a little breakfast date. She had a sprinkled donut and I had the cheddar ranch bagel toasted with cream cheese and a large coffee. Came to under $ 5! After we ate we decided to try out 2 more donuts. She got the lucky charms donut and I picked the pb&j. We only had a few bites and took the rest to go. Everything was delicious! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Cannot sufficiently express what a bang-up job Mrs. Donna does every. single. day. I have NEVER had a less-than-great experience in the café, and every pastry I have tried has been excellent. My husband and I just got married, and Mrs. Donna did our wedding cake. It was very inexpensive, and our guests are STILL raving about the cake(and breakfast pastries) a week after our event. We have even had a few out-of-town guests ask if Mrs. Donna does nation-wide shipping! Mrs. Donna is a bona-fide one-woman show, and it was such a privilege to have her talents showcased at our wedding. What a great lady and a great shop — cheers to many many more years of success to you, Mrs. Donna! P. S. Brides, CALLHER. No really, pick up the phone right now — don’t waste your time calling anyone else. Just DOIT. :)

The marshmallow donuts with chocolate frosting were as good as I had hoped and were a hit at the office function I brought them for. The service was super friendly. I will definitely need to go back for lunch one day soon!

Beautiful small-town atmosphere. Charming place. Ordered the chipotle wrap. It was delicious, well textured, and good to the last bite.

I’m not sure why everyone acts like this place is so great. Donuts are very plastic in texture and definitely not a donut lover’s donut. They taste cheaply made. I’ll admit some of the pastry and bagel selections are good but the cup cakes are overpriced and taste AWFUL. I bought some last Halloween and wound up throwing them away. Setting is cute, but I expect more from bakeries than this place has to offer… For donuts go to kellers in linthicum. For cupcakes, old Mill bakery in ellicott city.

There are very few things better than a great drink in a real mug. The coffee here is amazing and the pastries are even better!

Very cute little coffee/pastry shop. I ordered a toasted marshmallow latte(they have diverse options of lattes, cappuccinos and coffees available), along with a blueberry muffin and everything bagel w/cream cheese. You can tell all their items are handmade with love. This is a quaint little coffee shop– and for those who work/live in the Haelthorpe Arbutus area, know good places to eat or get a decent cup of coffee are very hard to come by! My only critique is that it’s lacking in vegetarian options for lunch, and that it would be great if they offered breakfast sandwiches, which at the moment they do not.

First time here today! Bought a honey glazed donut and a strawberry pastry. Both were the perfect start to my morning! They also sell zekes coffee which is always delicious! Will definitely be back for bagels and more of those honey donuts! It was like a cinnamon bun combined with a donut! YUM!

This is a neighborhood favorite and I have been coming here regularly since they first opened. The staff is nice and friendly, the coffee is amazing and reasonably priced, and they have a nice selection of fresh made pastries, do-nuts, and bagels. What more could you ask for? There is street parking but not much of it so if you live in the area I reccomend walking. There is a small amount of seating inside. The place is small and cozy and they do have wifi so it is a good place to play on your computer, read, study, or get some work done. Definitely worth checking out a few times!

Sooo I am all about trying new places especially cafes and what not. I read the reviews and was thoroughly excited! Cue my favorite day of the week… Saturday morning, the best day ever to try a new café. Located in Sulphur Spring pretty easy to spot, not to far from East Drive, fair to middling signage. It’s a residential area, parking is out front on the street. Inside is quaint, about five or so tables, a bakery case and an area to perfectify your coffee, which by the by I love. I think they must have wifi, as someone was on their pc… Soooo I really wanted to try the everything bagel since it has had such rave reviews, but at 10a they were gone! Bummerization. No worries, pepper parmesan to the rescue and of course a pumpkin spice latte. Oh em geezy. That bagel was soo good! It was so fresh, not too hard or chewy just perfection. Fresh parmesan and the pepper added a dope kick. The pumpkin spice latte wasn’t overly sweet and it actually tasted of pumpkin. Yes, that is important because I have a few that taste of nothingness. The prices are reasonable, the people are sweet and they have a reward program. Of course I’ll be back! Duh!

7÷20÷14 My sister and I stopped here to grab some pastries for our brunch with some friends we were going to. My sister had someone bring over some pastries earlier in the week when she came to visit her and my new niece. They were delicious! So we wanted to have them for out potluck brunch. Unfortunately the owner/baker was in the hospital and they had limited things in stock for the day. It was a bummer and we were sorry to hear about that. We wished the owners daughter who was holding down the fort a speedy recovery for her Dad. Even without the vast supply of regular pastries they still had some other goodies in stock. Since we were here we for some of the lemon and raspberry filled pastries, a few donuts, cupcakes, and bagels. The prices are very reasonable. To avoid sugar overload(lol) I had one of the cupcakes and donuts and both were awesome! My sis and I may venture back over the upcoming weekend to see if we can get our hands on some of those pastries. This place is has street parking. Make sure you pay attention to the signs. The staff is very friendly. They have a few small tables inside for patrons to enjoy their baked goodies with some coffee if you chose. Definitely check it out if you are in the Arbutus area

Zeke’s coffee, and the bagels are fresh, home-made, with delicious toppings. Their everything bagel has actual, fresh onions on it instead of onion powder. So nice to have a great bakery close to home.
