The worst customer service ever, Internet service is slow and unreliable. This company definitely on its way out as others become available.

I have had this is Internet service for almost 2 years now. When it works it’s fine but over the last four or five months it’s been off almost as much as it’s been on. When you call support you get no response at all. Finally went surfing the Internet on my phone to find out what’s going on, I find out their servers are down. This would be a real easy message to put on their support telephone system. Instead, they choose not to answer the phones at all.

I am extremely frustrated with the level of customer service with this company. Unfortunately for me, this is not the first time I have had to deal with this. My husband and I moved out of the town where Cable One was our internet provider, into a town that does not use Cable One. I called to cancel our service about a month ago and just got an email saying that our auto payment was taken out. I cannot believe that after calling to cancel, somehow I would get charged again for a service I have not been using for a month. I called to try to get this taken care of, however I was hung up on by the automated message. This was after about 15 minutes of typing in numbers that it would fail to recognize. I called again after being hung up on, trying to push different numbers, anything to reach a real human being… and nothing. This is after the numerous problems I had already faced with the company. Absolutely terrible, worst company I have had to deal with.
