I stopped in today (June 18th 2015) to buy some of the balsamic vinegar they use at Café Cruz. The lady working at the story (her name is Angela I believe) was very helpful and got me what I wanted with no fuss.
While I was there I could not help but observe dozens and dozens of different balsamic vinegar’s and olive oils.
I began to sample.
Like legal crack.
I went in to buy one small bottle of balsamic and walked out with 4 bottles of oil and balsamic.
No pressure from Angela… just my own taste buds demanded I bring home what I tasted.
This is the greatest thing to happen to Aptos in 20 years.
Lovely store, friendly staff, and unbelievably tasty products.

We are huge fans of the True Olive Connection in downtown Santa Cruz, and were delighted to stumble on the Aptos location, minutes from our mom’s house! The variety of top quality and amazingly flavored olive oils and balsamic vinegars will make you swoon. Tasting is available to assist your choice, plus sample sizes in gift packs make wonderful gifts for all occasions. That was how we discovered these great products.
