Beautiful campground. You could tell they take really good care of the grounds. Gorgeous surroundings and great views. No issues with the RV hookups. Actually no issues at all during the whole trip. Would definitely come back.

Points west is a great place to take your family for a great day of fishing or just a dip in the lake man made beach area, when we go we stay for hours. My grand kids love this place. This will always be my spot for fun in the sun.

Points West is a great place to go camping without needing to venture far. They have occasional specials for cabin rentals and plenty of room for your to park a trailer or pitch a tent. — Cheap recreational rentals — Beautiful views — Campgrounds available I took a drive up to Points West with my wife and sister so we could rent some bikes to enjoy a sunny day. We had fun overall but noticed right away their bikes, kayaks etc. for rent are all very old and not well kept. We only paid $ 3 an hour for the bikes so it was a ‘get what you pay for’ situation. We picked up three bikes and took off with like the wind. We had to come back 5 minutes later because one of the bikes had a partial flat and another had a chain issue. We looked through the 20 or so bikes available and most of them had flat tires. This was all on the clock, tick… tick.tick. After switching up the bikes we rode around some more and ended up back about 63 minutes later. We were charged for two hours, so just know they are sticklers on time. Did it hurt my wallet? Not really. Would I go back? Maybe. I have been looking into camping at Points West sometime as the area is really beautiful and if not very packed can seem like you are on the lake alone.
