When & Where Moving

I booked the truck and When & Where Moving from
and their sister site:
3 weeks before my move. Uhaul guarantees that whenever you rent a truck or moving help from them, you get a confirmation phone call the next day. The truck confirmation occurred like clockwork, but it took me up until the week before my move to get an answer from When & Where Moving. At this point they refused to move me because of a laughable stipulation they have where they won’t move pianos more than «3 stairs.» On the site they advertise themselves as full fledged piano movers and make no mention of this stipulation. This company may be cheap but their service is awful. I ended up going with Two Men and a Truck which I highly recommend if you need to move, and you have a piano in the greater Appleton, WI area. I got through right away, was given courteous service, and a fair price.
