U.S. Cellular Authorized Agent – UltraCom

Did my research ahead of time and called up to find out that the sales folks were spot on with the current US Cellular deals. Very friendly and what they didn’t know, they admitted to not knowing, but found out for me very quickly! :)
Now, the most important part of my review. Initially, my order for an iPhone 6 was either placed incorrectly or screwed up on the «other end», meaning US Cellular instead of UltraCom. When the phone arrived, I was called immediately with an apology and asking me if I wanted to keep the 6P (for a greater price of course) or return it and get the 6. I opted for the return. Once again, many more apologies were made and they made sure that I was informed that the 64GB iPhone 6 that I wanted would be in within 2 – 3 weeks (This is because I was going for the pay as you go plan and purchasing the phone outright instead of going through one of the other 2 year ocntracts because it will be cheaper in the long run). I was called 1 week later stating that my phone came in. I asked when I could pick it up and was told «immediately».
I was skeptical, but all the setup was completed on the phone and all of my questions were answered when I went to pick up the phone. It is my opinion that any good business will get orders right most of the time, but a great business will own up to and correct errors quickly. This is exactly what Ultracom did, so I would definitely put them into the great business category and will be using them for the forseeable future. :)
