Great experience! Definitely the cleanest, best merchandised, best selection in the area. It’s not even close. We were in to purchase a mattress and compared to the dumps we had been in earlier in the day (Starting with Ash and the other a WG) it was the only respectable store in terms of layout, cleanliness, and atmosphere. Also we appreciated not having someone have to «work out» the price on their calculator, the prices are all out in the open and when we compared a Simmons mattress to the other two «local» chains the prices were better at Steinhafels. We were told they are Simmons largest dealer in the state, not sure if that’s true. But it seemed like it the selection was far better. Overall the low pressure, one price for everyone concept is perfect and very comfortable. We were highly pressured everywhere else we shopped.
It seemed like everything was in stock and we had our mattress scheduled right at the store and delivered in 4 days. The delivery drivers pulled up in a Steinhafles truck and seemed very happy they were very nice. Overall a great experience from walking into the beautiful store to the excellent help to delivery! Well done.

What is the point of estimated delivery date? I have been receiving semi weekly emails pushing back the estimated delivery of my couch. Customer service on the phone was far from nice. I paid for my piece of furniture over a month ago, if they would have been honest from the beginning instead of giving me false promises I wouldn’t of minded.

We went to look for a piece of furniture today. Stopped here for the first time. Walked in and the displays were great but that’s where it ends. The employees could have been wax figures. There were 3 at the front desk (one looked half asleep) and not one word out of them. Mind you, when we pulled in there were no other cars in the lot. We walked through the store passing about 10 employees, at close range and not one spoke a word to us. In the back of the store finally a person who appeared to maybe be a cleaning or stockroom employee said «hi» as she passed us. After about 15 minutes someone asked if we had any questions. All I could think (quietly) was «yes, how do you make a living? We walked out and I would go without before going back. Worst service ever anywhere.

Horrible customer service. Staff is very rude and you will never get your furniture. I have been waiting four months (and still waiting) to get all the pieces to my bedroom set. Never again will I purchase furniture from here.
