Pretzelmaker

First time getting a pretzel here. I wasn’t too impressed. It was a skinny small pretzel. I wanted garlic flavor. The lady got a plain pretzel, and sprinkled garlic salt on it which I have at home. They also charged me the the super small cup of cheese. 7 $ wasted. Didn’t like it. Don’t recommend it.

BAD EXPERIENCE AND POOR SERVICE!!! I’m a regular customer for their smoothies and I know what is good and what is not. One day I got one with too much water added in and it was not good like before. My smoothie was very liquidy, bland, and not as sweet. I didn’t complain about it and tossed it away after a few sips. Today I was at the mall again and thought to give them a another chance. I got myself a Strawberry Bananza. The worker girl added water before I even have the chance to tell her no so I told the skinny worker guy at the front that I don’t want water. He said they add it so it won’t be so thick. I told him that many of my orders in the past didn’t include water and my last experience with water taste bland and not good. The girl gave me my cup and said she hope it taste okay. I took two sips and was disappointed so I requested for another one without adding water. The skinny guy, probably shift manager, was not too happy. He started to give me attitude and said do I know that ice is made from water. I told him that I do but adding too much water will ruin my smoothie. I continue to remind him that many of my previous order didn’t include water from the sink but just milk and that taste is perfect for me. He went on to say that he made them all the time with water and I said I haven’t got one done by him yet. I’m a regular customer and I know what good is. Yet, he continues to lectured me about ice and water. By then he looked pissed so he left to the back and left the blender running for almost a minute as I waited for my new smoothie. One of the girl finally stepped in to stop the blender as it was screaming louder and louder. At the end of the day, I don’t really care how or what they do to the smoothie but please keep it consistent. We regular customers can taste the difference if you screw it up. Instead of attacking us back and giving us attitude, show us some respects and give us the ability to customize our smoothie to our needs if necessary.
