Great relaxed atmosphere with best selection around and awesome staff. A quiet place to meet prior to hitting the ave or just relax and spend the whole night catching up with friends. I’d give it more stars if I could. Absolutely love this place.

Yes. Lovely. If you enjoy good draft beer and decent Irish food with great service you will love this place. It’s always a party at McGuiness. :)

We went here after rehearsal dinner last night to «continue the party». It’s a block or so down off of College Avenue, so it wasn’t crazy-​packed inside. Just busy and friendly, which is what I think about when I think of a pub. They had a wide variety of imports on tap and the prices were reasonable. It even appeared that they had Guinness specials on some of the weekdays. The place is roomy, there a cute little ‘front porch” area by the bar in the front and past there, there is a large room with tables in the back.
I don’t know anything about the food since we got there late in the evening, but if I lived in Appleton (or the area), I’d definitely be back to give the fish and chips (I’m guessing they have them) a try!
