After seeing so many negative reviews, I was nervous to stay. My husband and I were in town and needed a place to stay with our 3 mini American Eskimos. They are pet friendly, and no extra fees to stay with a pet which is a HUGE plus. We had a king size bed. Everything was very clean and perfect for the price. Front desk staff was very helpful and nice. Will be staying here again in the future!

Stayed in a room right outside the main entrance. The room smelled of old smoke. There is a red chair that was so old and out dated and filthy black who would ever sit in it. There were cob webs in the corners of the room, and the carpeting was so old and stained. The bath room was dirty and old. Dirt & dust lined the whole bath room, would never take a shower there. Will never stay there again! ! NASTY

Very affordable rate for a king sized bed room for a Packer game(88 dollars) and a few minute drive from downtown Appleton. Located next to many restaurants as well. Parking is very small.

Not bad, did not notice anything that would defer me from staying there again. Price was reasonable, $ 60/night. Breakfast not bad, free, so that was nice. They were willing to work with me on a later check-out. If you stay here thinking this is going to be a 5-star hotel then id plan somewhere else. It did its job, Room was clean

Omg, driving into this place is tricky with GPS. Its easy to continue circling the lot because of a lack of signage. Easy to miss. Anyways, we stayed in the older building and I really dont want to ever pay for a cheap room again. I did not take a shower, it was very tiny. I also didnt know it was pet friendly. The rooms are very outdated and old.

I would NEVER stay here again. The room was big, nice TV, decent king size bed. Those are the only positives. The bathroom was horrendous. Tiny, tiny, tiny space that had a stand up shower(no tub) and toilet. The sink was OUTSIDE of the area where the shower /toilet were. Very very outdated. Peeling /cracked woodwork around the windows, curtains that didn’t close completely, and almost impossible to get a comfortable temperature in the room. $ 100 per night & not even a continental breakfast. Ridiculous.

We visit the Appleton/Neenah area monthly to see a family member. It’s 200 miles/4 hrs each way, so I’m always looking for the best value for our one– or two-night stay. We’re HUGE fans of the La Quinta Inn & Suites 500′ east of here, but they didn’t have any discounts the weekend we were going to visit, so we decided to try this property. It’s an older property but clean and quiet. Compared to their Suites neighbor, the rooms are smaller and there are fewer amenities. The pool is outdoor vs the Suites’ indoor. We had to walk to another building for their smallish breakfast, but it was an OK stay and certainly less expensive than the Suites. Wi-Fi is fast. We’ll visit again when they’re the best value. Note that there is another LaQuinta property just to the east of this; it’s a newer property, much nicer, 3 stars vs this property’s 2 stars. Both sites were previously owned by other chains and purchased by LaQuinta.
