You would think there is not much to say about a FedEx/Kinko’s. But for those of us who do not own a fax machine or copier and are perpetually out of printer ink, I keep a FedEx Office location on my radar.
The customer service at this place is always on point! I am greeted politely, offered help and left to my own devices if I decline assistance. I have witnessed some difficult customers and the staff here handles them professionally and to the best of their ability!
Everything is kept neat and easily accessible and the prices for copies and fax services are very reasonable, as compared to other places that I have been to, like the library and Staples.
