Nice place, I was approved and they worked to get me into my house! I love it here, perfect for my family
I do think they are a bit under staffed and could use more help but what company couldn’t!

It is my opinion that this is a shady management company. My wife and I put in an application for one of the listed property, paid the application fee, and then were denied without any reason given for the denial. When I went to the office to inquire as to why the denial was given, I was informed that it is the company policy to refuse that information to all applicants. So in other words, they can just take you application money, and then turn you down you. Free money in their greedy little pockets.
Having a perfect rental history, I know for a fact that they called my rental references, and were given glowing reviews, so this company just looks like they are running a little scam to get free money off applications.
But hey! That’s just my opinion.
