Just stopped in for an oil change. The young woman informed me it would be 45 minutes, I was a bit shocked but come to find out other customers were having some extensive stuff done.
While waiting and playing on my phone like everyone else, we were giving a concert by the staff in the garage. The music was loud and they began karaōke, with an occasional yell to another staff member and drop of an F bomb or other expletive.
Also while waiting I noticed it is not first come first serve. Vehicles seemed to be moved around and others are brought in ahead.
Staff at the counter seemed polite, didn’t have much to say since I did not have any questions. Garage staff seemed to be just going through the paces while going down the checklist with customers.
