Need to give big ups to Chip (the owner) I stopped in to ask a few questions about a pellet grill during are lengthy conversation I got to know this guy a bit and to my surprise he wasn’t your typical store owner he wasn’t trying to sell me anything he could .He gave me some info on the grill I was looking at he also suggested I look into the Big Green Egg It may be another option. About a week later I went back this time to ask more questions about the big green egg .Chip was more than happy to answer any question as well as cooking advice. When I decided the egg was the way to go I purchased it .I was shocked when Chip told my he insisted he deliver it, set it up walk me through it and even help me cook dinner if I wanted he said «I want to make sure your happy with your purchase» customer service no longer exist in the walmarts of the world and for chips effort he earned my business for ANY grilling need I have. Thank you chip the EGG is a hell of a product and I look forward to visiting your store every few days or so lol
