2 Stars for the cupcakes. The older woman who helped me seemed inconvenienced and kind of gave me a hard time over my Groupon. I’m not saying she was outwardly rude but you just get this vibe that she’d rather not be dealing with me. What a disappointment.

Ok pastries, cupcakes are a little dry and hard like they have been sitting in a fridge for a week or so but Bear claws are delish!!! Rude staff that if a big no no… she discouraged me in getting minion cupcakes for my daughter’s pre school class stating that they would be about $ 4.50 each and they would be a pain due to the little details. That I would be better off getting minion sticks to put in a plain cupcake. It’s my child and well, I she deserves the absolute best and money is not an issue especially when it comes to her special day. They need to improve the way the older woman speaks to customers very unprofessional.

The deserts looks so appetizing and delicious as it looks, but what made me give it a 3 star was the service provided. The entire time there I felt like I was rushed to place my order and leave, but looking around it was empty besides a customer that walked in to pickup an order.

Omg just had some of the best carrot cake ever!!! And it was in a cupcake! I have not tried the other flavors but I did get a dozen for a birthday party tomorrow so I’m excited to see how people like them. I keep reading about how the customer service is bad– I must’ve gotten a good employee today! The girl was super sweet and patient with me. I would highly recommend!

The cupcakes are good not great. But… The staff are rude beyond belief. Won’t even acknowledge your presence and when you ask for help they roll their eyes! Like seriously, do you want my business or not? Cause when I walked out, I’m not coming back. Ever.

If you are there at 7am when they open, they have the very best pastries you can find anywhere out in this area. They are in a class of their own!

Pastries are delicious but over prized. Coffee was so so and did not have creamer that I wanted. The girl that took my order was really nice but other lady was kinda aloof gave me feeling that she didn’t care if you were there or not.
I don’t think I’ll return.

Pretty Good.
First time visiting this morning. Very clean establishment, friendly young lady. Gave my daughter and I a sample of the delicious pudding pastry (not sure actually name of dessert). Cupcakes are fresh and tasty. $ 45 bucks for 1 ½ dozen, kinda pricy & a little to much iced sweet topping. Will go back and give them another try.

I live in Long Beach and had to order a last minute cake for my niece’s birthday. She lives in Victorville. I read the reviews and am so happy I did. The cake, with only two days notice, came out wonderful! Thank you for making my last minute design a reality! Her favorite cartoon is Black Butler. I have to tell you that she was so overwhelmed with the cake that she cried that she loved it so! Thank you for making this possible! Everyone at the party was so thoroughly impressed and I made sure they all knew where it came from! YOU GUYS ROCK!

First time ordering from this place & overall i really liked the designed of the cake & cupcakes. I wasn’t to thrilled on the taste. It was lacking taste & i felt the bread was a little too dry on the cake & cupcakes. Frosting was just OK… I will definitely will give it a second chance since the staff was friendly & helpful when placing my order.

The cupcakes are pretty but can be dry. We ordered a four layer birthday cake that was a hot mess. Sticks were coming out if it. For the expense of a specialty cake we were terribly disappointed. It’s nice to have this out here. We just wish it was better.

I’m absolutely addicted to this place. The frosting is unbelievable. I am a cake connoisseur and am hard to please. I am so glad they don’t use whip frosting. Any cake with whip cream as frosting belongs in the trash. Smoother it in buttercream frosting. I come here all the time for my cupcake fix. For me it’s all about the frosting. It is top notch. The cookie sandwich makes my mouth tingle. So good. And if your going to complain about 3 bucks for a sugar fix, go to Ralphs and get a whip frosted cake for 5.99 then throw it away. And to complain about size? Really? The size is fine. If your looking for supersize, go to McDonald’s. If the cupcakes are too small for your big mouth, get a full size cake. If you can’t afford a full size yummy hand made cake, you should be talking to your boss about your paycheck and get your fat butt out of the cake shop cause you can’t afford a 3 dollar cupcake.
I love The Cake Shop and all the baked goods. They work hard back there, show some appreciation.

1^st visit The shop is cute the sweets were yummy but the ladies who work there aren’t that friendly they could definitely take some customer service lessons then they would have 5stars 2^nd visit super rude workers ordered a $ 200 cake and 24 cup cakes after my first visit and it was good and cute it’s just unbelievable how the ladies ruin there rep with their unhelpful rude attitude as if it’s an inconvenience to them to actually do there job and help us customers smh!

Tried this place for the first time and it was awesome! Their cupcakes are the best especially the cherry one! Cupcakes are a little small for the price but still delicious.

The cupcakes are decently good. They are dry and overpriced for how small they are. However they do have very nicely decorated cakes!

This is the 3^rd or 4^th time I have ordered a cake (or cupcakes) from The Cake Shop. The lemon cake with raspberry filling is absolutely to die for… really!!! We get butter cream frosting. It is delicious and yummy but that is not the best of it, the designs are fantastic and they can do custom work as well.

My first visit was on 5÷9÷2015. Found the the cake shop on Groupon. Thank you my mother’s loved the cookies and the price was right. Oh, I forgot about the chocolate covered strawberries (yum).
I was very impressed with my sample of the German chocolate cupcake. I can’t wait for the next family event so I can buy a cake or some cupcakes for my family.

Love this place however last time I was in the cupcakes shrunk! They used to be worth the price, not anymore. They should of just raised the price and kept them the same size. The mini chocolate éclair is absolutely the best. Quality is great quantity not do much.

No task too great! I’ve had them make my little pony cupcakes, Lalaloopsy birthday cake and a minecraft cake. All delicious, moist and beautifully done!

Not so sweet, moist, quality baking and cheap cakes! They asked us about our budget and didn’t even go too fancy and over but instead they did way hnder our budget. Thank you for a great cake!
