This is a better than average Stsrbucks. The drinks and food; well, you know Starbucks is likr McDonalds– it’s the same in each location. However, this one has a pleasant seating area, away from traffic, and well landscaped, even a mountain view. Lydia

I go to this Starbucks almost everyday everyone is super nice I usually order the same drinks which is the green tea frappé or strawberry acai whatever I’m in the mood for that day but I think they need to train some of them a little better I went to go get my green tea frappé and was told they don’t make those(but I get it all the time) didn’t argue just ended up getting my strawberry acai instead

So I went in to order and the person that helped me was nice. I decided to order something else so I walked back up to the counter and was ignored by 4 employees and 1 manager. I even had one employee walk up to the same register that I was standing at and not a single word. The original employee saw me and finished my order. Got the drinks and they were all dirty. No attempt to clean them. These are the people that are going to be making $ 15 dollars an hour with no required education. Nice.

I come to this location daily sometimes 2 or 3 times. Morning, afternoon, and evenings. I would come before school, on lunch, and sometimes after class to study. I like the environment and I feel comfortable here. Today I come to study, granite I already have a coffee that I had gotten a few hours earlier and came back, I went to get a refill after an hour of already being there and«the new girl» didn’t get her name because I can careless now, would not give me a refill if her life depended on it. She also did not even know that if someone purchases a hot coffee, they can get a refill of cold brew if they wanted too. She argued with me saying that«they could not do that and it has to be the same type of coffee» maybe she should read more into their policies. I am now hesitant on coming back to this location.

Staff is very friendly but obviously need some training. While in the drivethru I asked for an iced decaf coffee. The barista told me they don’t do iced decaf coffee. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. She then explained that decaf is packaged seperately. What does that have to do with pouring my coffee over ice? I didn’t argue with her and when I pulled up to the window she tried to hand me my hot decaf. I then asked her to pour over ice for me. I don’t understand why that was hard to do? Makes no sense at all!!!

The Oprah Cinnamon Chat is way too heavy on clove and too expensive. I was very dissapointed it’s a huge box with approximately 10 bags. Just yucky. Go back to Tazo. What does Oprah know about ChaiTea anyway?

The best baristas around. They do their best, despite some rather… interesting customers(not excluding me, I’m sure.) The consistency is impressive — both in the store and in the drive through. I’ve never waited more than a few minutes while in the drive through(can’t say the same about another Starbucks somewhat nearby). Can’t say enough about this group of hardworking baristas. Kudos!

Great drinks and service! The manager is very friendly, and so is the staff. I’ve never had a problem here with a drink order. It is very clean and well stocked with merchandise. What a great place to go before a long day at work! Thanks for moving to a better location!

Had to give it one star to post my review :/ Every time I go to this location, I am upset with my coffee. I will stop by on my way home and every time I get a coffee here I end up drinking grounds at the bottom of my cup. When I’m out this way now, I go to the Starbucks in the Target.

Six employees, three of them standing around talking, the one who took my order missed one of my kids’ Hot chocolate. We did not have time to wait for another one, as we waited for the second one to pop up for a few minutes without anybody saying anything. Poor service, and a poor example of Starbucks

The slowest and rudest staff at any Starbucks I have gone through and I go through hundreds of Starbucks. One time I had a glitch with my rewards card and it did deduct it from my card but the witch at the window claimed it didn’t and she needed to recharge my card at which point I absolutely refused showed her that it did deduct the amount of my card and ever since whenever I go through and she is at the window she is a total witch every time. Plus the drinks are never well prepared they don’t know how to properly do a quad caramel macchiato

They would not give us our reward drink. There was a glitch where the reward disappeared on the last day to use it. I was told that they don’t really deal with the reward thing and that we need to call the company. Whatever… we went to the Starbucks in Target and they gladly helped us and said there have been problems with the gold card rewards. We add 50 bucks to our phone regularly for our card. Really, one free drink and you turn me away. This Starbucks does not understand customer service etiquette. It’s sad that the employees don’t understand or care to keep regular customers. The Starbucks managers in Target in the same center are awesome. Don’t waste your time or money at this location.

Barista Apryl… Rude !!! Told me i wasn not able to use my gold card more than once, just because i wanted to do 3 seperate transactions! She said because, and i quote, «The line is too long.» Which is pretty funny, because there was only 3 people behind us!

Love this Starbucks! The staff there is always so friendly and upbeat, especially Gino. I like how they take your order and don’t try and up-sale anything extra while in drive-thru, like other locations have. I’m not a big fan of the barista and I talking via the monitor at the ordering box. I think that’s overkill, but that’s more a Starbucks thing overall. Location is great and the wait is minimal for what I’m used to at other locations.

I was excited to earn a Starbucks Gold Card last year and have used it more than I ever could have anticipated. The refill on iced coffee was especially nice, while it lasted. Recently, I was told by a barista at this location(rather harshly I might add) that Starbucks policy is to only refill iced coffee up to one hour after the original purchase and only while you stay in the store. This one hour policy is not mentioned anywhere on the Starbucks website, but Gina(the heavy handed barista) told me like she had been given an edict from the corporate office. My response was to tell Gina that I would no longer be visiting that location and it is a shame that customer loyalty would be destroyed over 50 cents. I have visited over 20 different locations but this is the closest Starbucks to my house. I have never had a bad experience at any other location, but I plan on visiting only mom and pop coffee shops from now on. Today, I cancelled the auto reload of my Starbucks Gold Card and I don’t plan on visiting any Starbucks ever again once my remaining balance is spent. I will also stop giving Starbucks gift cards to my friends and co-workers as tokens of appreciation. I don’t feel Starbucks appreciates me as a customer, and I don’t wish the unpleasant experience I had with Gina on anyone else I know. It is a shame that customer loyalty can be destroyed by a 50 cent corporate edict, or a power mad barista, whichever the case may be.

I love this Starbucks! It’s basically my home away from home and school. The place is clean and the Barista’s are friendly and welcoming. It’s a great place to study, get work done, or enjoy the company of friends. Highly recommend.
