I received horrible service, please avoid this place! They were rude when I walked in the door, I should have turned around and left!!! They butchered my 8 yr old son’s hair. They literally gave him 2 thick hair horns sticking straight up about 2 inches in the front of his head buzzed the rest and left long hair sticking straight up on his crown. How do you mess up an 8 year old boys hair?! I left upset and turned the car around and went back. As a customer I expected respect but they were super rude and acted annoyed with me when I asked them to fix it. Cocky and did not even apologize, terrible customer service! The poor girl that tried to fix it was nice but she gave him a flat top. I can’t believe I paid for this! I will never go back to any Sport Clips ever!!! Funny thing is, my husband went there a year ago and came back looking like he was headed to boot camp! He works in the financial industry and the hair cut made him look ridiculous in a suit! I thought I would give them another chance. Never again

I had a coupon for an 8 $ haircut so being cheap like I am I figured I would give them a try. The woman did a very nice job and I got the approval from my wife when I got home, so in my book that’s a win.
