I doubt I will be back. The food is good for take-and-bake but their coupon policy needs to be revamped. I left a detailed complaint on their Survey website and still no response from the manager… its been over a week. So you can surmise their attitude towards their customers. Discount coupons are designed to get people into the store who would have normally gone elsewhere. The coupon did its job… it got me into the store. When I went to pick up the order, I forgot the coupon at home. The clerk suggested I go home to get it as she needed a visual of the coupon. This caused me considerable inconvenience but I burned a half hour and went home to get it. the clerk should have honored the discount either way because she knew there were coupons out there with that discount. Or, she should have dug through her drawer and gave me one. I should have gone across the street to Pizza Hut but I didn’t…there wont be a next time.

Does anyone remember years ago when they were new and the price was reasonable? I worked for this chain(not this location) a few years back. The cost of their most expensive pizza when you factored in labor and food cost was a little over 3.30 $ a pizza. That pizza sold for 13 $ Tonight I went in after seeing an ad online for a 5 $ large sausage pizza for only 5 $. They told me that was only during the week. Because of this I left the coupons I had at home. The pizza was 7 $, and I was told that I could make it 10 $ by adding a 2 liter, wow, only 3 $ for a 2 liter. On what planet does a 2 liter cost 3 dollars? I could go to the Super America behind them and get a cold one for around 2 dollars.

Good pizza. We went for the HeartBaker(heart shaped) pizza around Valentine’s day and were pleased with it. The taste is somewhere between frozen and delivery, and it’s priced in between as well. I’ve been able to find coupons pretty easily for it(with the newspaper, maybe they’re online too) which makes the price more reasonably. They have a stamp card where if you buy 12 pizzas you get one free. People working there were really friendly and helpful. Service was quick and our pizza was ready to go on time(we ordered online beforehand). Parking is terrible — it’s in the same strip as Panera and there is not enough space. I recommend parking at US Bank and walking from there.
