Used to go there for years, got tired of being rushed. owner is too busy and rushes the job and doesn’t listen to what the customer wants. she does what she wants. oh well. time to move on!

If you go here don’t let this woman (Hannah, better known as the owner) pick at your toe nails (on the side particularly) during a pedicure because she kept going at the big toe on the left side with a knife/​clipper trying to dig out a piece of the nail directly under my toe nail and saying, «oh look» as she picked out pieces of my toe nail. Well I had normal looking nails prior and 2 months after wards my nail starting growing out with fungus, a year later the upper ½ of my toe nail grows out with fungus. It’s gross! She also coincidentally tried to sell me her brand of fungus cream during these pedicures (I went 10 times total and left a huge tip each time for me a two other people going at the same time), referring to my toe nails having fungus, but my nails were clear and nice. Now that one is gross.

I’ve been getting my nails done by Hanna & Jacky for over 5 years now. They never disappoint me. They are super clean, have a wide variety of polish (gel & regular to match which I love!). My entire, literally entire family goes to Hot Nails. I love the patience they have when taking care of my mom as well. I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and with that being said I have no problems with their pricing! If you’re looking for clean professional mani/​pedis go see Hanna & Jackie!

This place is amazing. I did have to wait a little while but I didn’t mind it after the fact. Hannah was amazing she was very friendly. I was the last one there and she did not rush to do my manicure with gel nails. This is the most affordable nail shop I have been to, and I will definitely be coming back to Hannah.

My grandma has been here several times and absolutely loved Hannah, I went for the first time yesterday and must have gotten Hannah’s evil twin sister, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and even told her that I wanted my nails to be round, I even went further than that and read to her the description on how to achieve the look that I wanted because the picture that I found and provided had one, her reply when I tried telling her all this was «Yeah, yeah» followed by a slight nod of the head, but since my grandma spoke nothing but great things about her I didn’t worry too much… then the shaping came along, apparently round to her means pointy, and when I kindly told her that it was wrong she took my finger and literally shoved it into a small container holding acetone, she shoved it in so violently that the acetone slashed all over my hand and the table, unfortunately I stayed for further torture, my cuticles were cut numerous times from her carelessness and rushing while she was using her tools (by the way not a single apology was uttered or even a hint of remorse acknowledged), she didn’t listen at all when I told her about the description on how to achieve the look, and although I did mention several times that I wanted a beige polish, not a single coat was applied, she just carried on and did the black tips with a matte finish over it all. Pictures of what I wanted vs what I got are attached. If you want someone who doesn’t listen to what you say and is beyond rude to you then come here. I had to go to another nail shop to fix her tacky work, by the way her response when I asked about the shiny coat was «Too late»… Well Hannah don’t even bother replying to this because it’s too late, you lost my business, my grandma’s business and my two cousins that we were already planning on bringing to you.

I got the basic pedicure and a full set of acrylic. For the price, it was ok. Not impressed but not too disappointed. If I need to go last minute that’s where I’d choose. But since it was short notice and my regular nail place was booked, Hot Nails did the job.
Updated 5÷22÷15: two of my toe nails have paint chipping off already and my nails too.

My daughter is extremely pleased that they allowed her to get the bow on her gel nails. We usually go to another nail salon and They will not let her get the bows added. They never explain why, they just say no. The blue nail polish with the white polka dots is absolutely awesome.

I love Hannah she stayed open an extra 45 minutes after closing hours to do my pedicure… Sam does a great job on my nails every time, they’re constantly asking questions to see if I’m satisfied or in pain… Best in apple valley hands down!!!

Did I go to the wrong Hot Nails?! Called and made an appt. for a mani/​pedi and was quoted $ 27, which I thought was great considering the time and attention the other reviewers said they received. It has been a while and I’m super pregnant so I really couldn’t wait to treat myself. I’m not sure I’ve ever been more disappointed with a manicure and pedicure, though. The whole thing was so lackluster. The massage (I don’t even want to call it that) was literally just one-​minutes-​worth of the tech unenthusiastically rubbing lotion on my legs and the buffing of my heels, etc. did absolutely nothing as my feet are still summertime-​rough. It’s sad when the best part of the experience is the massage chair and the crappy tv shows. For the manicure and pedicure I was out of there in one hour flat. Not very luxurious. On top of that my bill at the end was $ 37. $ 5 extra for my toenail «design» (polka dots is nail design?) and another $ 5 for asking for my natural fingernails to be buffed instead of polished. Seriously? I was expecting a couple bucks maybe for the nail art, but $ 5 plus $ 5 for buffing instead of polish? Kind of ridiculous, I think. Also, it would have been nice if they would have informed me of the costs when I asked for those services. Say something nice? Hmm… well, my toenails ended up being painted how I wanted so that’s something, I guess. I will never go back here. It didn’t seem especially clean and the polish selection had seen better days — at least I hope. I’ll keep going to Star Nails until I find a decent place closer to my house.

Highly recommend this nail salon, we’ve been coming to Hanna for years. Simply perfect. Cleanliness, customer service, extreme nail polish selection, unique designs… I can go on & on. Always satisfied! Thank you a bunch.

Went in for a mani, pedi & eye brow waxing. It took over 2 hours, but it wasn’t from waiting. The ladies took their time making sure I was relaxed and comfortable. They did a great job with everything and the prices are excellent. I will be going back :)
