I wouldn’t normally review such a big company. I come here once or twice a week. And I was surprised when they said thanks for coming and called me by my name. To me that means a lot they’re paying attention they care about their customers and shows that they really know what they’re doing. Whenever I go the atmosphere is friendly I have never had any issues checking out it’s a great place to go if the other stores are closed

Love this Walgreens since it is within walking distance and they always fill my Rx’s in a timely manner. Their iPhone app makes refilling a breeze.

If you have any type of controlled substance, don’t bother coming to this Walgreens! I was a lifelong user of CVS, then one day CVS was out of Adderall. I had it filled at this Walgreens. I then continued to use CVS until the next month they were out again, only this time they couldn’t tell me when it would come in. So I again went to the Walgreens across the street. This time though, the Pharmacy manager says, «If we fill this Rx, you must have ALL of your Rx’s filled here from now on.». I simply ask her, «Can you assure me that I will not have the same issues that I did at CVS? Do you keep enough stock of these medications to fulfill my Rx needs?». She responds with, «Most likely, YES.». NO! Since that point when I transferred EVERYONE of my Rx’s to that Walgreens, I have been straight faced lied to, given false information, been sent on wild goose chases, and have been given every excuse imaginable to fill my RX!!! I call the service center to find out before I waste my time and gas if they have my Rx in stock, they tell me they do. Well since I have a script filled waiting for me, I’ll go now then. I get there and am told without looking in the computer, the back, anywhere except at the SCRIPT, that, «We don’t have this one.». I get to spit out only half of my sentence,“I just call…”, while being interrupted only to have the Pharmacist, Maha, tell me, «The call center is not up to date.». Then what’s the point of having a call center? «Can you call Lake Mary like…», interrupted again! «No! We can’t give that information over the phone!». «Well you did last month!». At this point I’m just frustrated and say, «I’ll just pick up the Rx that’s already filled.». She replies, «It’s too soon. Tomorrow at 10:30 you can pick it up.». I say, «I got a call…», YEP! You guessed RIGHT! INTERRUPTEDAGAIN!!! «We don’t fill earlier than 2 days.». Well now I’m really ticked! Because not only have you just straight faced lied to me 3 times, NOW your MATH is WRONG! July has 31 days genius! Maha’s the name! Lying is her game!

Love the Take Care Clinic. Always great service and short wait time. They call you 2 days after your visit and ask how you are feeling or if you have any questions… My GP never does this!

I go to Walgreens because it’s close and convenient but customer service has sucked for years. I think they must actually look for grumpy folks to work there. It’s been so bad that sometimes when I check out I wait to see if I don’t say anything first if the cashier will say a single word to me first. Usually they don’t or it’s just my total. No «Hello», no «Thank you» or «Have a nice day». Nada. And you can forget about someone actually approaching you in store to offer help. I primarily use the pharmacy and the drive through is convenient. The pharmacy staff seems to be friendlier than the front of the store.
