Carpet in my rental property was really dirty due to the students there having parties. It took the cleaners several passes but they got the carpets nice and clean.

Jacob & Jeffrey arrived as scheduled. They walked through our house and made sure they understood what we wanted done and explained the entire process to us as they went. We have a large dog and a cat, which they gladly worked around.
As they started cleaning the carpet, we realized how dirty the carpets actually were. Once they were done, the carpet looked just like new.
Jacob & Jeffrey cleaned six rooms of carpet and two area rugs in approximately an hour and a half, which is much faster and a much better job that we could have done ourselves.

Every Spring, I have Stanley Steemer over to clean the carpets. It is not something I particularly look forward to, but this latest experience was actually very pleasant. In the past, I would just Google the closest Stanley Steemer location and call. But this time, I nabbed a coupon from one of those coupon paks in the blue envelopes that we all get a few times a month, and just went with whatever location that was from. It ended up being the Apopka office number. Gina, the dispatch/​office manager who took my call was gracious and knowledgeable. She was the same, when I called back with a question a couple days later. I had a 3-​hour window to wait for service. The techs called ahead prior to arriving as requested, and then actually showed up early. Dave and Doug, were respectful, professional, friendly, and comfortable to be around. They worked hard and were super careful with furnishings and putting things back. I was very happy with the results. Really saw a difference in the carpets and the terrazzo floors. I especially appreciated that there was no high-​pressure up-​sell, as I had experienced in the past with this franchise.
