Prograde Landscape

We have been using this service since October of last year. Their contract specifically states they will come every week April — September, then bi-​weekly during the winter. This month and in previous months since April we have had to put up with spotty visits and call them to get someone to come out. In July they only showed up twice and that was only because I contacted them.
We are cancelling the service. I’ve seen other reviews say that they try to hold you to the contract etc etc but since they are the ones that have failed to provide the service they agreed to they have nothing to stand on.

They did a nice job on their initial yard clean-​up project. After dealing primarily with Brian for setting up my first job and seeing the work they did, I decided to sign up for a lawn service where they would come bi-​weekly during the fall/​winter and weekly during the summer to take care of all up-​keep including law mowing, weed wacking, edging, pulling weeds, keeping trees trim, etc. I keep my gate locked, so I asked that they let me know what day my service would be so I make sure to have it unlocked. This was extremely frustrating at first as they would not come on the days they said they would. Whenever I call and speak to the owner Carlos, he says he will call me back and never does. Finally I got the number to the gentleman who handled my route and he would call and let me know if he wasn’t coming on my usual day. Now I have someone new on my route and of course my back yard did not cut. I call the owner and he says they will come the next day — which did not happen. I am frustrated as I signed a one year contract and still have several months until I am able to get out and find a new company that will provide better customer service and responsiveness.

I’ve been using Prograde Landscaping for over 2 yrs now, and we love the architecture and hard work they put into our yard. Bryan and his team really put their heart into the work they do. Thanks guys!

Bryan and his staff provide above par customer service. They have great prices, great sod and beautiful plants delivered to my home. They had their work cut out for them with me just purchasing a foreclosed house that had been on the market for about a year. The transformation was incredible! I will definitely continue to use them for my properties in the area.
