I will give this Store -*******BELOWZERO, It was A HORRIBLEEXPERIENCE, I walked in with my Husband and always holding hands, The cashier was looking at us with one eye(We are Gay).So I went to buy some cleaning products and my Husband wanted cigarettes. The time came to be at the cash register, I asked my husband if he wanted to pay card or cash, We decided cash and I pull out my wallet to give him some cash, The cash Register Old Lady said ‘I need to see some I. D, I said for what? cause of the cigarettes. I said to her’Do you see Justin Bieber or two grown Men in front of you. I am not going to be harassed like that when other people on the other cash register buying cigarettes and not even showing I. D and they look like below 17 or being told to show I. D, We ask the manager for the 1800 number to file a complaint and he didn’t even know the number, SERIOUSLY???, He gave us a receipt and has the number at the back AGAINSERIOUSLY??? That makes you think, Not going back!!!

Good morning everyone, I use Walgreens all the time at different locations and I was excited to find one that was close to my home. With that said, the excitement turned to anger, and dread. This location really needs to work on there customer service and with there management team, I went in to purchase some products and when I got to the checkout I was ID’ed for a pack of cigarettes and was told that is company policy, however that is fine if you look younger then 25 years old. However I look no where near that age plus when you see them sale a pack of cigarettes to someone to look 15 years old and didn’t ask for there ID hummmmm where’s the company policy at there? I asked for management well he was on a register, I asked why I was picked out to show my id and he looked at the cashier and she was mouthing company policy at that point I was so angry I asked for there corporates number and he couldn’t even give it to me… this store in my opinion needs to get rid of some people there and train there employees better!!! I will NEVER go back there again. Plus I will be notifying a lot of my friends and families to stay away from this store!!!

The store if fine but the pharmacy is TERRIBLE. I have been using the pharmacy for quite some time and they always seem unorganized with poor customer service. Wait times are long and they often have«system issues» or can’t run the insurance(I have Blue Cross and nowhere else has a problem). Twice my doctor has called in a prescription and a few HOURS later I have driven by to pick it up and it was unavailable/out of stock — you would think they could call the patient and let them know so the patient could make other arrangements before it is 7:30pm at night and too late to call the doctor back! I can understand 1 or 2 bad experiences, but I consistently have had issues with this pharmacy and will be taking my business elsewhere.

I just came out of surgery about 73 hours ago and I was in pretty considerable amount of pain. I had one prescription to be filled and it was a pain killer. I am drug addict but I do have a document condition that causes a high level pain. i was first told my order would be ready in 30. After about 35 minutes, I heard my last name get called, I was told it would be a little longer. 20 minutes later, I check and still not ready. 10 minutes later, I check and still not ready but i was told just about 4 minutes, so i stood in incredible pain because now my legs have swelled up and walking was going to be very painful. When I finally got the order I see Pharmacist put a children’s liquid medicine dispenser in with the liquid medicine, NOT funny. Secondly, one of the two bottles is seal from the manufacturer. So it took this pharmacist 1 hours and 10 minutes to pour 250 ml of pain medicine. The excuse I go for why it took so long, well the pharmist has to fill your order so that is why it took so long. Well if that is case then when the BUS driver has to drive the bus, it should take extra long to a designation. Stay clear of this place until new management is in place or the staff manures.

I have been using the pharmacy here for 5 years and it’s always a long wait. The employees always seem to be running around in a state of panic. It’s always a frustrating, long wait here. I’m done with them and will be taking my business elsewhere.

The pharmacy is terrible. Our meds are never ready on time, they lose prescriptions or say they never received it or say refill was never called in. We have been customers for a long time but will not be going back. I am not sure what is going on but they need to get their act together.

Love this location!!! They are always so friendly when I walk in and the staff is always smiling and knowledgeable about their products. I know they will always have what I need in stock. I really like that in a retailer. Keep up the great work guys!!! And I haven’t even mentioned the pharmacy yet! They always have my meds in stock even when others don’t! I can always depend on the Walgreen’s pharmacy and their team of experts!

Awesome pharmacy staff! I can’t say enough about how nice and knowledgeable they are. After one great experience, I emailed the corporate office to tell them I appreciated the staff at this store. To my surprise, rather than an email reply, they and the store manager both called and thanked me for my comments and feedback. Wow… other chains could learn from them!

Love this walgreens location. Always clean and staff is friendly. Everything is easy to find and shelves are always well stocked. I just wish they could have negotiated pricing with Military Insurance so I can still pick up my son’s Rx there. :(

I had the most amazing experience at Walgreens the other day. I felt compelled to write about it! I go to Walgreens all of the time if I need bread or laundry detergent(something small) and don’t want to go to the real grocery store. So the other day I went in and I planned just to buy a soda, but then realized that the macaroni and cheese was on sale. My hands were full. An employee noticed my problem and quickly rushed over with a basket to put my things in. I then went and looked at the makeup. I ended up with a new mascara. The makeup was on sale and if you bought one thing you got the second item for 50% off. So I bought two mascaras. When I got to the register to pay I did not have to wait in a long line and the cashier exceeded my expectations when it came to being polite. In addition to the amazing customer service I received and great discounts the cashier also helped me save a few more dollars with a coupon that she had by the register. I ended up with two 2 liter sodas, two mascaras, and four boxes of macaroni and cheese. I only paid $ 5.65. The mascara was originally $ 9.00 by itself. This Walgreens always has what I am looking for, the staff is amazing and helpful, and the store is always clean. I go out of my way sometimes to get the this Walgreens rather than going to another drug store that might have similar products. In fact I have only visited the drugstore across the street from this location once.
