Always try to shop my hometown stores, will not be going back here. This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed in the staff. 1st was buying 2 lamps someone had already switched tops I asked if I could please get matching tops. Was told NO and if I switched it I would be arrested for shoplifting bc of cameras, she proceeded to point them out to me. I said well obviously someone else switched and was not arrested. I left bought some where else. Today wanted 2 purses 1 did not have price tag. Took to courtesy counter they paged Eileen after 3rd page she came to counter. I was 2 feet from her and she informed the check out person she was too busy for price checks. I followed her back to jewelry where she just stood there, not waiting on anyone. The next price check they paged Rose. Put purses back and DSW got my sale for 2 Michael Kors bags.

This USED to be a great store. Skin care products department was filled with terrific products — same with handbags. The store is getting smaller and smaller. Fewer products on the shelf. Not sure what is happening. This is bad. Used to be one of my favorite stores.
Also the reps are super rude. They shout from across the aisle at you «can I help you?» geez.

Very clean and open store! Items are very well organized and easy to access. The staff is friendly and dressing rooms are tidy. I love this store as it has the home goods section as well and it has a variety of items that are well organized.

Love this TJ Maxx/​Home Goods! It’s always really clean and organized and they have a nice selection of women’s clothing (including a lot of Lucky Brand, which I love!) The home goods can be a little pricey, but look for that red clearance sticker and you’ll be sure to find some good deals!
