Tom is very down to earth and will give you recommendations on what he thinks might need to be done w/​o pressuring you. He got the majority of the red stains out of our carpet where my cats had been throwing up. YUCK! They were really old stains and of course nobody could completely get rid of the stains no matter who we called. We enjoyed talking to him as he is very friendly and down to earth. We are keeping his business card.
