The moment i said ‘I run’ the doctor categorized me as an athlete which i am not even close to being. Then he did a bunch of expensive tests without trying to see what problems i was having. I stopped him after the first test, and said «will this be expensive». I guess because i have insurance he doesn’t need to speak with me regarding price of the test that he does. He said, «Well, we have already done all the expensive testing». I ended up with a really expensive bill, and A push to buy some of his insoles, and braces (That i can easily buy at wall mart for next to nothing).
I ended up going to a shoe store, and got more attention and a less expensive bill for my services.
This went from my foot hurting to my wallet hurting. Go here if you don’t care how much your deductible is.
